The main distinguishing attribute between the body types is the relation of a person’s waist size to their hips and bust. Hourglasses, triangles and figures eights have a more curvaceous silhouette with their waist being smaller then their hips and bust. Their waist is more defined and we call these shapes “Waist" shapes. Diamonds, rectangles, ovals and inverted triangles have more of a straighter silhouette. Their waist is not much bigger than their hips and is not as well defined. We refer to these shapes as “No-Waist" shapes. Taking this difference into account to offer the best fit possible we have created two sizing charts. One charts is for Waist shapes and one for No-Waist shapes.

Please follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment. Actual shrinkage results will depend upon care. Washing a garment in hot water and drying it with hot air will increase shrinkage, while washing in cold water and air-drying will minimize shrinkage. For best results, dry clean only.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to supplying quality clothing and providing excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn, unaltered garment(s) with tags attached within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the original payment method or nominated bank account. Garments must be free of perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet hair or used condition. Returned garments that are not in this condition will not be eligible for refund, credit or exchange.

We recommend you send your return via tracked courier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping charges are non refundable unless a garment is faulty or the wrong size has been sent as a mistake. Please contact customer service if you have received a faulty garment and we will arrange a courier bag for you.

We are happy to ship internationally to the following countries below. International Air postage has no track and trace but is covered by insurance. All delays in shipping are for working days only, so any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
